After the globally-inspired restaurant's devastating fire in September 2021, owner and chef, Renz Salanga, wanted a total overhaul of the interior design and visual branding when rebuilding Stix. A tiger was chosen as the mascot for its fearless and tenacious spirit, and the choice to have a mascot also nods to the city of Findlay's college town charm. Stix is Renz's culinary playground, where he experiments with cross-cultural combinations on an ever-changing menu.
